Prompt page: "Related skills" and "Related bots" sections (#1320) * Rank related public skills and bots for a prompt Reuses stored prompt embeddings (cosine similarity computed in Postgres) and falls back to tag, category and keyword overlap. Ranked ids are cached per prompt; cards are loaded fresh with visibility rules applied.
