nshkrdotcom 的 Hugo 作品集站点：展示 89+ 个开源仓库并自动同步

nshkrdotcom.github.io 是一个基于 Hugo 的作品集站点，展示 nshkrdotcom 和 North-Shore-AI 的 89+ 个开源仓库。站点通过 GitHub Actions 每 12 小时运行 sync_repos_to_hugo.sh 脚本，经 GitHub API 抓取仓库并按 nshkr-* topic 自动分类，生成 data/repos.yml 后构建部署到 GitHub Pages。另有每 5 分钟一次的源变更检测，仅在相关 README/logo 更新时才执行同步，项目采用 MIT 许可证。
