Let bots need a cloud computer, the user's computer, or both (#1331) Replace the single computerRequirement (NONE|CLOUD|LOCAL) with a computerRequirements list of CLOUD and LOCAL; an empty list means no computer. The migration adds the list column, backfills it from the old column and drops the old one. NONE stays in the enum, unused. The bot form gets two independent checkboxes, cards and team views show one icon per computer, and the API, MCP tools, install prompts, docs and translations follow the list field.
